Intown is saturated. Technology Park on Peachtree Parkway, Alpharetta tech hubs, and the Norcross-to-Buckhead connection still run on traditional transport. That is the 5655 Peachtree Pkwy catchment.
Public robotaxi networks are software-locked to their map. A destination-specific commercial fleet from the depot is not. Georgia law does not let a city restrict those routes or cap that fleet.

Tesla does not sell V4 stalls the way Tritium sold RTM units. This is a Tesla Charging / site-host process for the 12 Norcross bays already drawn on this site. Wall Connector (11.5 kW AC) is the off-the-shelf SKU; V4 DC is the long-lead item. Do not strand $1.5M of Tritium to “make room.”
